Terms and Conditions:

Construction Rates: The provided rate covers the foundation to the second floor. Rates for additional floors will be revised as per your requirements.
Electricity and Water: The client will provide water and electricity connections. All bills related to these utilities will be the responsibility of the client.
Plan Approval: All work will be executed as per the approved construction plan. Any alterations will incur revised charges based on the modifications.
Duct and Shaft Areas: These areas will not be included in the chargeable construction area.
Exclusions: Costs related to map approval, elevation, site inspections, structural drawings, and electrical/plumbing plans are not included in the project estimate.
